  • Monday 14th

  • Photography Competition: Starts at 10am

    • Email an entry for the theme ‘Forgotten’ to Stephenson.jcr-societies@durham.ac.uk by Sunday 9pm. Winning entries will get prizes.

  • Monday Night Dining x Craft Activities; Platform 2; 5.30pm-7.30pm

    • Special edition of Monday Night Dining featuring crafts by Craft Society

  • Charity Rock Painting; Platform 1; 6-7pm

    • Join Anna for rock-painting for the charity RTP Projects raising awareness for, and helping those struggling with anxiety, depression and suicide

  • Theatre Rehearsal 1; Saltwell; 8-9.30pm

    • For their debut performance, Rocket Theatre Company are collaborating with Music Society to put on a panto in a week

  • Tuesday 15th

    • Commercial & Contemporary Dance Workshop; Howlands Hall; 6-7pm

      • Durham Instep Society will be running 2x 30minute dance tasters

    • Open Forum Society discussion group; Stationmasters; 7-8pm

      • Come along to discuss: “Should education programmes invest equally in both STEM and the Arts”

      • Crafts Soc will be joined by the Durham Arts Society to run a taster session for Stevo students funded by the JCR which is free of charge for JCR members

      • Come relive your primary school days with our newest society

      • Compulsory for all Society and Sports Presidents

      • Dodgeball Society’s first session of the year

      • The Welcome event: lots of food, cards, games and optional bible study
